Watch (and listen to) the audiovisual resource “Art of the 20^th and 21^st Centuries.

Read the page 67 of your TB.

Choose the work you like the most of those that appear in the audiovisual or in your book. Look for more information about it and its author (you can search on the Internet or in a book) and answer the following questions*

1.  What is the name of the work?

2.  What do you think it represents?

3.  In which year was it done?

4.  What is the name of the artist?

5.  What discipline (painting, sculpture, architecture, etc) do they belong to?

6.  What art movement do they belong to?

7.  Where do you need to go to visit it?

Ve y escucha el recurso audiovisual “Art of the 20^th and 21^st Centuries” en el Aula Virtual Santillana.

Lee la página 67 de tu TB.



Elige la obra que más te guste de las que aparecen en el audiovisual o en tu libro. Busca más información sobre la obra y su autor (puedes buscar en Internet o en un libro) y responde a las siguientes preguntas:

1.  ¿Cuál es el nombre de la obra?

2.  ¿Qué crees que representa?

3.  ¿En qué año se realizó?

4.  ¿Cuál es el nombre del artista?

5.  ¿A qué disciplina (pintura, escultura, arquitectura, etc.) pertenece?

6.  ¿A qué movimiento o corriente artística (surrealismo, cubismo, hiperrealismo, etc.) pertenece?

7.  ¿Dónde tendrías que ir para visitarla?

ECONOMY IN SPAIN AND EUROPE. Task1 Week12

Every day we listen to the TV talking about reopening the economy after the coronavirus crisis, but… what is that all about? We also have studied the different sectors of the economy in previous years. Today we are going to see what the economy is and review some concepts on economic sectors.

Read “What is a company?” And “What is the economy?” on pages 89 and 90 of your TB and write the definitions of company and economy you can find in those pages*. (You can also watch the resource “The economy and companies” at Aula Virtual Santillana)

Watch the Genially presentations and remember what we studied during your Primary Education about the three Economic sectors:

·       And in Europe?

Cada día escuchamos en la tele hablar sobre reabrir la economía después de la crisis del coronavirus, pero… ¿de qué va eso? En cursos anteriores nosotros también estudiamos los distintos sectores económicos. Hoy vamos a ver qué es la economía y repasar algunos conceptos de los sectores económicos.

Lee “What is a company?” y  “What is the economy?” en las páginas 89 y 90 de tu TB y escribe las definiciones de compañía y economía que puedes encontrar en esas páginas* (también puedes ver el recurso del Aula Virtual Santillana “The economy and companies”).

Ve las presentaciones de Genially y recuerda lo que estudiamos durante tu Educación Primaria sobre los tres sectores económicos:

Ahora lee el texto fuera de los recuadros en la páginas 97 y 99 del libro sobre los sectores económicos en Europa o ve el audivisual “The economy of Europe” (en Aula Virtual Santillana). Después piensa y responde a estas cuestiones especiales (SQ*) dando los porcentajes adecuados:

·       ¿Y en Europa?

We are almost at the end of our mission. Most of the clues have been already found and now we just need to know a little more about some characteristics and ways of expression of this new society where we now live… the society of the XXI Century!!

We will learn a bit about the economy and arts, as two important fields in theses new times and finally…, we will analyse the impact Coronavirus crisis on our society, looking for the last part of the Magic Key that opens the Box with the Cure.

ARE YOU READY FOR THIS LAST STAGE OF OUR TRIP!!

REMEMBER: The EXTRA POINT exercises will help you in case you fail in getting your points of the week to gain the grams of steel* (either for a wrong answer or for being out of date) but do not give you real points, but rescue points.

FROM NOW ON, EVERY TASK WILL SHOW ACTIVITIES WITH THIS SYMBOL * TO INDICATE THAT COMPLETING THE ACTIVITY CORRECTLY DESERVES A POINT OR GRAM OF STEEL.

Every time you get 5 points you will get a part of the key. With those key parts, you will join them to discover the code in order to open the MAGIC BOX. Once you have the key you could guess the code and … Could you discover the CURE?

¿Cerca del fin de nuestra Aventura?

Casi estamos al final de nuestra misión. La mayoría de las pistas ya han sido encontradas y ahora solo necesitamos saber un poco más sobre las características y formas de expresión de esta nueva sociedad en la que ahora vivimos… la sociedad del Siglo XXI!!

Aprenderemos un poco sobre economía y arte, dos importantes campos en estos nuevos tiempos y finalmente… analizaremos el impacto de la crisis del Coronavirus sobre nuestra sociedad, buscando la última parte de la LLAVE MÁGICA que abres la Caja con la CURA.

¡¡ESTÁS PREPARADO PARA ESA ÚLTIMA ETAPA DE NUESTRO VIAJE!!

RECUERDA: Los puntos extra te servirán para recuperar otros puntos que no hayas ganado, por no corregir las tareas o por no entregarlas a tiempo, pero por sí solos no aportan puntos (son de rescate).

CADA TAREA TENDRÁ PARTES MARCADAS CON * QUE SERÁN LAS QUE PERMITAN OBTENER PUNTOS. En cada tarea podrás obtener uno o dos puntos.

Con cada 5 puntos (o gramos de acero) obtendrás una de las partes de la llave con la completarás un código que deberás descifrar para abrir la Caja Mágica. Te iré mandando los trozos y deberás guardarlos hasta completar las tres partes de la llave como en el dibujo. Una vez que tengas la llave podrás descifrar el código y … ¿Podrás descubrir LA CURA
