Human Reproduction System: Sexual Characteristics and sex cells
Let’s go on learning about our reproductive system.
After one week off it is good to watch again the videos about the human reproduction system and answer some questions.
a) First, read the questions:
1. What are the three stages in the human reproductive process?
2. In your own words, could you define each of these three stages?
(you can look this in your book on pages 43, 44 and 45)
3. Last week we drew the Female Reproductive System, today it is time to draw the Male Reproductive System.
4. What is the name of the Female and Male Reproductive Cells? Where are they formed?
b) Watch again (carefully) these videos in Spanish and English about human reproduction.

c) Now, answer the questions (write them in a word file or in your notebook). Keep the questions and answers to send them at the end of the week.
If you cannot see these videos, read pages 40, 41 and 42 of your Text Book and do the exercises 2, 3 and 4 on pages 20 and 21 of your Activity Book. (You can also do these exercises as an EXTRA work).

Continuamos aprendiendo sobre el sistema reproductor humano
Después de una semana de descanso volvemos a ver los vídeos sobre la reproducción humana y responderemos algunas preguntas.
a) Lee las preguntas.

1. ¿Cuáles son las tres fases o estados del proceso de reproducción humana?
2. Con tus propias palabras, ¿puedes definir cada una de estas fases?
(puedes mirar esto también en las páginas 43, 44 y 45 de tu libro de texto).
3. La última semana dibujamos el Sistema Reproductor Femenino, ahora es el momento de dibujar el Sistema Reproductor Masculino.
4. ¿Cómo se llaman las células reproductoras femeninas y masculinas? ¿Dónde se forman estas células?
b) Vuelve a ver los vídeos.
c) Después responde a las preguntas. Puedes hacerlo en el ordenador (creando un fichero Word) o en tu cuaderno. Guarda estas preguntas y sus respuestas para enviarlas al final de la semana.
Si no puedes ver los vídeos puedes leer las páginas 40, 41 y 42 de tu libro y realiza los ejercicios 2, 3 and 4 de las páginas 20 y 21 del Activity Book. (También puedes realizar estos ejercicios como EXTRA).
